Whilst working for a good many years in private homes, I saw that there was a general lack of consistent advice and support in the home for parents with infants from birth to pre-school. Family members have spread all over the world so pier support in the home has decreased. I set up this service to fill that void by offering science-based yet tailor made advice, also giving you practical support in your home for as long as you choose, day and/or night.
My service is completely non-judgemental, honest and friendly offering you advice that makes sense so that you have the confidence to follow through with it.

I have been trained by highly renowned experts in their relative fields of paediatric sleep, feeding and newborn care. They taught me to have a fully holistic approach to sleep, allergies and nutrition, breastfeeding, post natal illnesses and more.
I started my career as a qualified nanny caring for five children under six years, including newborn twins. After working in nurseries, a school and as maternity nurse, I moved to France, learned to speak French and set up a childcare service, trained nannies, organized infant entertainment at company events and childrens parties and worked part-time as the manageress in a nursery with infants from 8 weeks to 3 years. I sold the company and went on to gain a solid reputation working for many years as an international Maternity Nurse. I really saw the impact and strain that sleep deprivation creates when working with multiple birth families and this motivated me to take my studies further. I constantly update my knowledge by attending conferences, workshops etc. My service has a particularly high success rate when working on behavioural sleep disorders and bottle refusal. My work continues to take me all round the UK and I also travel further afield to help families throughout Europe, the Middle East, Singapore and Hong Kong…
I am cheerful and calm with a positive attitude. I have the ability to understand how babies see their world and this brings tranquillity into a stressful situation. I confess I have a bit of a soft spot for twins and I absolutely love a challenge!
