This package has a particularly high success rate because Suzy and Liz have worked with more than 50 multiples birth families. They know how emotionally and physically exhausting it can be for twins parents when bringing up two infants with individual demands and opposite personalities. Suzy or Liz will take into careful consideration your parenting preferences, your environment, overall family dynamics, your infant’s personalities and so much more. They will work alongside you, showing you how to get your infants into a flexible routine whilst setting healthy sleep ‘roots’ or sleep training so that you feel in control of your day, your babies are happy and you have time to enjoy your little ones.

40-minute online video call: Your Consultant will talk you through our unique ‘projects’ which help you prepare your babies for any positive changes that may take place during the in-home consultation.
Day 1: Your Consultant arrives around midday.
Your Consultant will spend time with you and your babies observing and getting to know each baby’s individual personality. She will listen to your concerns and ensure that each baby is relaxed with her. Then she will talk you through effective ‘sleep hygiene’ along with various options for suitable sleep/feed techniques. Armed with evidence based sleep information, we feel it’s important that you, as the parents, choose the sleep method that is right for your family as a whole. On the first night, your Consultant will get started on the sleep plan. Your babies will be in the safe hands of our highly experienced expert who will keep you updated in ‘real time’. If you prefer to stay with her on the first night then that’s fine too!
Day 2: Your Consultant will demonstrate the sleep techniques so that you can take over whilst she offers you step by step guidance and reassurance. She will continue to guide you through possible adjustments to the daily routine. If time allows, she may even introduce some fun developmental activities for you to enjoy with your little ones!
Day 3: This is where your Consultant takes on a supportive roll but less hands on so that you and, perhaps your partner, gain confidence in the program. Of course, she still answers questions as they arise. When your infants are settled peacefully in the evening, you will spend about 30 minutes together reviewing the sleep plan so that you know what to do moving forward. She will also talk you through ways of avoiding sleep disturbances in the future. Your Consultant remains ‘on call’ through the night until morning, when she will leave you feeling positive about your family’s future.
This consultation is in constant demand because of its high success rate.
The fee applies to consultations that take place within a 10 miles radius of Harrow-on-the-Hill Station. For other areas, you are kindly requested to state your postcode, for non-UK bookings your full address, and check additional costs with your Consultant.
To allow for a more gradual adjustment to any advised changes in your infant’s sleep or feeding care, we suggest that you book an additional 24 hours (see ‘additional options’ section above) if:
• Your babies are under 6 months old
• You or your partner are particularly anxious or suffer from post natal illness.
• Your babies are 6+ months and suffer from reflux or allergies or other medical conditions under your physician’s guidance (excluding teething).
Teething, when correctly managed, is generally not considered as a reason to delay sleep training for infants from 6+ months.
For each 24 hour in-home period, your Consultant is required to take a 4 hour rest period.
The rate is calculated on the basis of your Consultant being a working guest in your home. We respectfully request that you provide food and accommodation. If you have any concerns about accommodation, please call Suzy or Liz so that they can help you find a solution.
